Appointments can be made at any of the World Wide Locations however; all US patient appointments must be arranged through the correct offices. Please read the contact information under the location that is best for you then follow the appointment information for that particular location. Locations in the United States are Swarthmore, PA and West Palm Beach, FL. A clinic is also located in Laredo, Texas where Spanish-speaking families can be seen with translation services when it is needed.

Make your appointments by contacting the Spanish or the Belgium Clinics directly if that is where you plan to attend for evaluations every four months. Languages spoken in Spain include English, Spanish, and Catalan. Languages spoken in Belgium include Flemish, French, German and English. Other languages are available upon request at both of these locations.

If you would like to expedite an appointment you may click on the HISTORY FORM button below. Please fill it out as completely as you can and then click on the "Send to CNR" button at the bottom of the form. You must also click on the MEDICAL CLEARANCE FORM button. Please print the form and take it to your child's Doctor to sign, or ask your child's Doctor for a signed note stating your child can tolerate moderate exercise.
