Eligibility Requirements

     

  • Your child must live at home.
  • You must be able to work with your child or provide someone who can.
  • You must be able to travel with your child to one of our facilities for evaluations and planning approximately every three months.

School kids
Desirable requirements for The CNR program include:

  • An extended family and support system.
  • An active community with good available services.
  • Good schools with strong resources.
